Why pre-register for MHTC Luminous Fiber?

MHTC uses fiber-to-the home (FTTH) to offer affordable and reliable broadband, crystal clear voice services, and streaming video with no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Pre-registering your address for FTTH service provides MHTC with your service location and contact information which allows us to provide updates on the status of the FTTH build.  There are no charges for pre-registration.

Pre-registration provides additional perks for the “early bird”.

• Priority Installation: Because you are pre-registered, we will complete some of the outside installation work on your property in advance which allows us to install your service more quickly once services are available.  (Complete the My-Fiber Network form)
• No Contract: No need to worry about contracts locking you in to 12 or 36 months of service.  We believe in providing an excellent customer experience and with great customer service, we are confident you will remain a proud customer of MHTC.
• “Early Bird” promotional offers: MHTC may offer “early bird” promotions in new FTTH project areas.  Pre-registering allows you to take advantage of promotional offerings MHTC may release for the project area.
• Neighborhood Priority: Pre-registering allows us to gauge interest and determine which neighborhoods are excited regarding MHTC fiber products and services.  Once your neighborhood reaches the threshold required, we can move forward the FTTH project
• Build Updates: Once registered we will update you frequently on the status of the FTTH build.

By registering, you consent to being contacted by MHTC for updates. MHTC technicians and/or approved contractors may visit your property before installation to conduct surveys or set up temporary or permanent facilities, including buried fiber to your home. Registering does not require you to order service. Fiber service availability is not guaranteed; MHTC retains the right to decide whether services can be offered at a specific address.
