Negotiation with Fox Corporation

We continue negotiation with Fox Corporation to continue to offer their cable networks including FOX News Channel, FOX Business Network, FOX Sports 1 and FOX Sports 2, to our customers. Our discussions with FOX have stalled because FOX is asking for extremely high rate increases, and we have refused to agree to their outrageous demand. If we are unable to reach an agreement before tomorrow night, Tuesday December 31st at 11:59pm, FOX may force us to remove their cable networks from our lineup.

FOX is seeking a rate increase that is more than 10X the rate of inflation, after already increasing rates for Fox News Channel by 800% since 2004. Can you imagine the impact on your grocery bill if the price of milk and eggs had increased 800% over the past 15 years? It is not fair to you to continue to absorb these kinds of one-sided terms while multi-billion-dollar companies make record profits. We are fighting on your behalf to keep costs down.
