After 28 remarkable years at MHTC, our customer service specialist, Cindy Hocking, is retiring. Her last day will be April 24, marking the end of an incredible chapter in her career—and the beginning of a well-deserved adventure.
Cindy has been more than just a member of the MHTC team; she has been a familiar face to those who walk through our doors, a guide who helps customers navigate their options, and a steady presence who works to ensure every question is answered. Time and time again, customers have noted her professionalism and dedication. One customer shared, “Cindy was amazing help. Friendly, professional, and helpful all around!” Another said, “Cindy was so awesome to work with. She was very helpful in explaining the process,” while others have consistently found Cindy “super friendly and helpful.” From explaining service plans clearly to going the extra mile, her attentiveness has left lasting impressions on many she’s interacted with.
Her colleagues have worked alongside Cindy throughout her many years at MHTC and have seen firsthand the knowledge and experience she brings to her role. She has contributed to maintaining a high standard of service and has been a consistent part of the team over the years.
Cindy’s career at MHTC is filled with countless interactions where she has helped guide customers through decisions, explained processes, and provided support when needed. She’s been recognized for her ability to break down complex information in an approachable way and for her willingness to assist both customers and coworkers. In many ways, Cindy represents the experience and commitment that long-standing team members bring to MHTC.
As Cindy looks forward to retirement, she’s excited to embrace many of the simple joys ahead—traveling, camping, exploring new places, and, most of all, waking up without an alarm clock. She is also looking forward to spending more time with her family and cheering on her grandkids at their sporting events. We imagine her days filled with fresh air, adventure, family moments, and a little extra time to enjoy life’s small pleasures.
While we will miss her, we are grateful for her 28 years of dedication and the many ways she has supported our customers and team. Cindy, thank you for your years of service and commitment to MHTC. We wish you all the best as you begin this next chapter.
