Important Security Notice

MHTC will NEVER ask for the following via email:

  • Ac count numbers or login credentials
  • Billing or payment information
  • Passwords or verifcation codes

If you receive an email requesting this information, delete it - it is a phishing attempt.

How to Identify a Phishing Email

Check the sender's email address.

All official MHTC emails will come from an address ending in @mhtc.net or @mhtcinc.com

Email addresses not from MHTC:

  • @gmail.com
  • @yahoo.co
  • @hotmail.com
  • or any other non-MHTC domain

Please note: Email addresses can sometimes be spoofed to appear legitimate, so always review messages carefully.

What to Do If You Receive a Suspicious Email

If you believe an email may be fraudulent:

  1. Do not click any links
  2. Do not download attachments
  3. Delete the email
  4. Contact MHTC directly to verify the message
